Pros
The office location was convenient for me and I enjoyed the 'creative' aspects of the work. Picked up a great deal about SEO. Last year's Christmas party was very nice and well organised.
Cons
Unfortunately I have also experienced the backstabbing as described by other reviewers. Within the marketing team you can't really trust your co-workers and it's basically dangerous to ask for help. There is not much support for new starters and the objectives and targets keep changing without clear communication. Nothing is more important than SEO and it's no use thinking about other marketing strategies.
