Pros
It is a fairly small company so it is easy to stand out and get recognition for what you do if you are good at it. You can potentially have a large impact on the company and really see the results of your work. Great culture, great people to work with. The new management has made a big difference in the past year, and with the new leadership it is an exciting time to be working at Vision. Potential to tailor your position to your strengths, good career progression and opportunities to learn new skills. Flexible hours. I could have gone somewhere else for a little more money but the other benefits of working for Vision have far outweighed the benefit of working at some other company for a little more money.
Cons
Right now the office space and parking situation isn't great, but will be moving to a better location in the fall. Currently no 401k.
