Pros

The colleagues in the solution team around us are very kind, and we help each other both in work and life. But this does not include colleagues from the project team. At the beginning of work, there will be a sense of freshness. Frequently meeting with clients is a good way to exercise communication and expression skills.

Cons

The skills learned here are completely experiential, and their educational requirements are only high school. The skills learned will not be applicable to other companies, and if you resign from this company, you will have nothing. You have to focus more energy on communication and interaction with your leaders, which is not related to your work ability, but more about interpersonal skills. But the problem is that communication with the leaders here is disconnected, and it must be conveyed through colleagues who have been working in the company for many years and have come here on business trips from China. But the information conveyed is often incorrect, distorted, and extreme. At the same time, the working environment is usually in the warehouse, isolating the customer's environment for work. Severe safety accidents are prone to occur during the work process. The frequency of business trips is over 50%, and many expenses need to be paid by oneself before reimbursement. However, the reimbursement cycle is approximately 1-2 months. If you want to leave the company, there will always be a sum of money that belongs to you to stay with the company.
