visionary Coimbatore - Medical Coder Visionary RCM Infotech Employee Review

I am working in visionary Coimbatore nearly 2 years .Below are my comments regarding office. We got appraisal based on our performance. My appraisal is more compare to the poor experiences. Here the recognition is totally based only on performances. Incentives Any charts exceeding the target of the month will be paid as incentive per chart. Some months I got good incentives but by month of oct I fail to get incentive due to 94 quality. Here, they focus more on quality. Mangers He clarifies my doubts more often. He leave you to your freewill, if your quality is above 95%. Quality is main for manager. He will frequently check your quality. Production I have no concern in production. First Jan to June - Less volume and so most of days we are free. Enjoyed well. After June end , volume are high so they will ask us to complete production. I compare with my friends in other companies they informed the same. So no issue for me. Review. As like all places, we have merits and demerits. But here merits are more so I am feeling good. I am getting recognized so I love working here.
