Experience with Visionary - Executive Medical Coder Visionary RCM Infotech Employee Review

Here I am explaining my 2 years experience in VISIONARY RCM, Hyderabad. 1.No leaves If you ask leave that is sin,Crime (for valid reason). In Public Holidays also Managers,T.L, Coders forced to come and work.. 2. Managers,T.L., having arrogant attitude,They don't know to behave like a professional.They don't give respect to employee.Worst in communication skills. (Termination, Warning letter, PIP is very common words in board meetings daily 2-3 times) No job security, They terminated many people in notice period & spoiled career. 3.No Employee Benifits,(Removed loyalty Bonus) I worked there from 2016 - 2018 I attend every Saturday I didn't get any pay for that, I worked many sundays also I don't what is double pay, One day before one mail will for every Public holidays (Ramzan, Deewali, christmas, Ganesh chathurdhi) if you come tomorrow you will double pay, After seeing my payslips there is no single pay, double pay. 4.Poor infrastructure, No facilities. I Sincerely thanking to H.R Team.Their efforts Trying to provide in their limits. 5.COO, AVP, Managers were failed in fulfill promises,They don't have credibility on their words. No promotion on our experience letters. No. of times they(COO GANESH.K) told lies about hike,appraisal.They deducted what they amount credited as a hike.After promise. Big cheating on those who wrote CPC for 2 years bond 6.Very few T.l.s have Great attitude, helping nature, Insightful, soft skills, Inspiring with positively. Why I am giving one star,Many times We explained these are our concerns to management.These are reasons behind Resignation of 150 Coders (well experienced, skilful, Hardworking coders). Note:- I am not discouraging any one, Here i explained my genuine experience with visionary.
