Poor Communication & Structure - Head of Training & Audit Visionary Solutions Employee Review

I had wonderful coworkers that would help me with any task I didn't fully understand.

The pay as an intern was poor at only eight dollars an hour. I was replacing a worker who was making over 32 thousand.

They create an atmosphere of togetherness.

Soenex is actually a different company that goes by a few names. But the one I was at was Visionary Solutions Advertising. I hadn't applied there, they just somehow got my information and called me up. There is no base salary. Only what you "could make". You're also forced to pay for your own transportation to and from really far places. The way they want you to approach potential customers is sort of rude and intrusive. The hours are very long, you're on your feet all day and, if you add up your daily projected salary, it equals out to less than minimum wage. After 3 days I stopped showing up because I realized that this would not be a steady paying job.
