-Benefits are incredible, other employers in town aren't comparable -Significant respect for employee culture, allowing a lot of opportunity for time off -Get extended holidays and early leave on those Fridays -Cool culture ie. Fun Committee, Wellness Committee, Charity Committee
Cons
-Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism - management only acknowledges those who they like -There are certain people who are carrying the weight of the entire company on their back rather than there being any sort fo team effort -People at the bottom of the food chain, feel like they're at the bottom of the food chain -TURNOVER - there is constantly turnover, but management isn't doing a thing to change it. Obviously something isn't working if you have a problem keeping people on staff.
