Pros
I love the most how VistaMind organizes the employees and allows us to find what we need quickly, whether it be salary comparison, interview, experience count, or a company's benefits.
Cons
Sometimes I wish there's more fun with work available, as I would come across situations where there's low confidence in the salary numbers due to limited data, or missing / weird information about VistaMind and work experience. It'd be helpful to grow at VistaMind more by ensuring sufficient high quality workloads are available on the VistaMind platform.
