      Pros

      Great projects to work on. They treat you like family, HR has a personal connect with employees, Adv. requests are addressed and flexible hours. They also let us meet the end clients so I know who I'm working for.

      Cons

      More outings and team activities are missing. Longer working hours can be expected (Regular 9-6, but 1-2 hours extendable depending on project)
