Absolutely a breath of fresh air! I have worked in Sales for 9 years now all together, Got here and they want you develop collaborate and grow! Our Ceo is in the office alot and truly coaches and train us himself since hes been doing it 15 years it really helps. The team is spectacular. The culture is there to help one another and get one another together. Growing here is so easy. You make your own goals every week and every month so you know what you can do and they teach you to obtain it. All my other sales jobs were all execrated un obtainable goals. HERE you learn by growing in to your goals and the whole company cheers you on. Im just so impressed by the team, the managers and the owner. We do company retreats. Going up in the mountains white water rafting or getting out as a team, We have company dinners together. I cant get enough of this company and I dont ever plan on leaving. Thank you for all you guys do to help us grow!
