Unmatched earning potential - you really can make a lot of money and six figures is easily attainable the first year even without prior experience in the industry Portfolio - Vita works with only the best properties so it was very reassuring when referring clients to properties in their portfolio. Culture - I loved working with like minded people who were eager to help new comers who genuinely care about the success of their team members and clients. Time off - you will not find a company that is more accommodating. Leadership - the leaders in the company are exceptional people who I was honored to work with! You will learn a TON from them and they will care about your success. Fun - it is a very rewarding job and I had a lot of fun both with colleagues and clients Office - the company invests a lot in their employees and their office is a joy to come into everyday.
Cons
If there was any con it would be having to wear a suit in the summer but for the money you’ll make it’s really not a con and very easy to afford some comfortable suits after your first couple paychecks. Glassdoor is making me write something for cons
