You have the opportunity to be connected to their networks, including First Round Capitals Mentor/Mentee Program. I've been introduced to executives at Uber and other startups that have helped me to this day with advice and an outlet to bounce ideas off of Impact and Purpose - Vitable is solving a big problem in the US as healthcare for the majority of American's is designed to be sick-care, not healthcare. Cons
Work-Life Balance - if you're looking for a 9-5 where you can check out and not think about work, this most likely isn't the job for you. At the same time, you're not responsible for working 60 hours weeks. You're responsible for doing your job and hitting your KPI's. But it's an early stage startup (Series A) and that must be understood.
