Great company and culture, best sales process - Sales Manager Vitally Employee Review

- everyone is friendly, welcoming, supportive, and you can trust your peers to get their work done - company is growing and heading towards a positive direction - great pay and benefits (100% healthcare covered, unlimited PTO, WFH stipend, etc.) - even though some folks are remote, you still feel pretty connected to your peers - transparent leadership

- startup life: some processes aren't fleshed out and there can be misalignment/miscommunication between departments, but this is expected at the stage it's at

The team I was working on was truly pretty great. My manager was supportive, and I got along well with my peers.

Leadership at the level ABOVE my direct manager was difficult to work with. They made sweeping decisions without considering how those decisions might affect the people working under them. It showed a pretty dramatic lack of maturity from a leadership perspective, and I did not feel they had my best interests at heart. KPI/OKRs expectations were not communicated and your actual job duties weren't always clear. I accept some ambiguity in the start-up space, but this was a whole different level.
