Pros
- everyone is friendly, welcoming, supportive, and you can trust your peers to get their work done - company is growing and heading towards a positive direction - great pay and benefits (100% healthcare covered, unlimited PTO, WFH stipend, etc.) - even though some folks are remote, you still feel pretty connected to your peers - transparent leadership
Cons
- startup life: some processes aren't fleshed out and there can be misalignment/miscommunication between departments, but this is expected at the stage it's at
