Upon 5th and 10th full-time employment anniversaries employees get additional 5 business days of paid vacation, up to a total maximum of 25 (initially it's 15 business days).
Cons
The company stopped employer matching on its 401K many years ago, and not planning on adding it back. They used to have two company outings each year, sometime including families too. Now it's only one a year, and it feels so cheep that many employees are avoiding it. Salary and bonus increases are very small, and not based on employee's performance. A lot of development tasks are being outsourced more and more to their office in India.
