Management: Rajit, he is incredible manager i have worked under. I would say it's not cons: But While the nature of my role involves working on multiple projects, tasks and investigations, which requires extend working hours, I've found that this is well managed. As they understand the importance of work-life balance and are generally supportive of requests for time off, such as Personal Days Off :)
