      1. Vitech culture promotes efficiency and you will be able to make a measurable difference very early on with a high level of autonomy. 2. Vitech has been seriously ramping up the education/continued learning of employees which will help you both in the job and personally/professionally as a part of their Vitech 2.0/Agile transformation. 3. Vitech has fully transitioned and is a remote-first company!

      Cons

      1. Compared to Tech/FinTech peers, compensation/total compensation is on the lower side. Vitech has been making improvements to this with their new 6% 401k match and other benefits, but overall base compensation as well as the plethora of miscellaneous perks tech companies are famous for tends to be lagging. 2. Not many social events

      Not much for moving up the ladder here. You get the experience and certs while your here and move on to a different company if you're looking for career progression.
