      Pros

      All of the pros about working for this company disappeared when going to three 8 hour shifts from four 12 hour shifts. Plant Manager refused to listen to his entire staff that it was a bad idea and the employees are suffering majorly for it

      Cons

      Absolutely braindead management running the factory and the employees' lives completely into the ground with complete reckless abandon and lack of accountability for their own job performances.
