Instead of guiding or mentoring, they belittle and create a hostile environment. Long, draining hours with late-night meetings—including weekends—that add no value. Disorganized structure: no clear hierarchy, everyone bypasses the President, and decisions often come from someone outside the organization who knows nothing about F&B. A culture of blame-shifting and avoiding accountability. Talented and capable people are often pushed out once they start to outshine their managers.
