Pros
- This is the place where I truly gained confidence. It gave me amazing memories, friendships, and senior mentors I’ll remember for life. I honestly miss the people and the environment — it felt like being at university, working on exciting projects and hanging out with friends and seniors. - Of course, experiences can vary by team, but my team was fantastic. I was lucky to work with high-caliber people, and it was fun and a huge learning experience. - The food was excellent — probably the best I’ve seen in any IT company in the country. - The co-founders are approachable and easy to connect with; they regularly talk to employees, which makes you feel valued and seen. - Dedicated smoking room, and also for prayer space. - I’ll always be grateful to the people there and the growth I experienced.
Cons
- Honestly, I don’t have much to complain about. Maybe if you’re just an average developer, you might not get as much attention or opportunities, but that’s fair, and even I had to push myself to keep up with the strong team. - I even complained about a lot of things when I was there. But I joined another company and I saw the cultures of other companies, I understood that Vivasoft was truly a great place to work.
