Will probably have to cut staff so atleast some of us will get to walk away with a payout instead of long-term suffering
Cons
Pay raises are nonexistent. The President makes poor choices and as a result everyone gets a one percent raise instead of the usual three to four percent. Doubtful that he took a pay cut. We all know for months LightRX is headed for closure but Ryan says we should just stick it out. Now we are owed tons and everyone suffers because of one persons decision. No growth or potential to advance career. Keep hearing we will be like Progressive but that is a dream. We are going backwards instead. Forcing teammates to go back over to Prog instead as we can’t even keep them in our building.
