Pros

Talented development team, most were great to work with.

Cons

Management is incompetent and unethical. In my time here there were racial slurs thrown around by CEO, Chairman and the woman who is now VP of Product - this type of behavior from senior leadership is not only poor form but also detrimental to company culture. Bullying was quite commonplace as well. Any efforts to report this type of behavior is met with retaliation and bullying - even from HR. This is not sustainable. There also always seems to be a string of layoffs followed by an influx of new hires but the culture stays the same: aimless and depending on whom you work with toxic. Product team is fledgling. This is not a company that cares about the end user. The end user is not considered in the design of this app so I'm not sure how they expect to sustain any significant audience.

Pros

Great people who are passionate about what they do and who love working with each other. Amazing connections with amazing companies Not afraid to try new things and push the envelope

Cons

At times can be a little all over place, but I think they are working on that. Sometimes app is confusing, but I think that happens when trying new things.

Pros

Vixlet has some great people not just technically but personally too. That is the only reason why people are still working at Vixlet Vixlet has a product that can become big with right leadership and direction. There is not much to do so you can get a job and get paid to relax. That is a very good benefit. There are some employees doing exactly that and getting paid.

Cons

- Leadership. - Leader are condescending to the team. - No transparency with the management. - Fake promises. - Even the Vixlet employees do not know how to use the product, because they don't care about it. Even the employees are not passionate about the product.
