The product is weak and hardly anyone cares enough to use it. It's not unique and there are too many things going on, which users don't really understand. You should have given your users time to learn the app while it becomes more established and then gradually introduce new features. Don't overload them with all these things they don't even understand. The company is missing two very important departments, sales and marketing. This also plays a part in their downfall. Hardly anyone knows the app. The company has tried to be "mysterious" and it has backfired.
