      + Good product idea and strong techies. + Transparent management. + Work from home.

      Cons

      + The management isn't very well structured and decision making can defy logic at times. + They chose to hire more contract staff than full-time people which can be a con or pro depending on whom you ask.

      Pros

      The work seemed exciting. Lots of promise to work on new items. Unfortunately they just don't pay for the work you perform.

      Cons

      Work you like there is no tomorrow. And then not pay you. They owe a lot of contractors and employees money.
