      People at the companies clients work for are very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Raises are very low , talking 50 cent raises , mangers are friendly but have favorites when it comes to Job coaches and those coaches are the ones who are promoted in the company.

      Being able to teach and coach clients to better improve their work skills. Company values their clients and wants them to succeed. Lots of opportunities for advancement and a company that shows interest in the continued growth of their staff.

      Compensation and benefits could always improve.
