Pros
Great culture of listening to employees and doing good for the world (listening to communities is their game). Really good, caring group of people to work for. Lots of flexibility in working hours, time in lieu, travel, etc. Good work life balance - a small company working towards the big leagues and where you can really make a difference.
Cons
As a startup, wages aren't as high as some of us can achieve elsewhere. This may change in the future however with the planned growth.
