Salaries are below average on the market. Horrible location unless you leave near Ricany, Čestlice. People in management have little concern about their employees and process is not structured. Training is done by incompetent people and it is waste of time. Overall organisational structure of Prague (Modletice) brunch is very confusing and not stable. No bonuses nor rewards for hard work. Less you are noticed in good or bad way - better. Some people in top management care only about money regardless the cost. it is more like a call center.
