⭐ Full‑Stack Developer (Current Employee) Pros: Voice.ai is a fast‑growing, dynamic company with plenty of opportunities to lead and build features across a wide tech stack. I’ve had ownership of diverse projects—from backend ML services to frontend interfaces—and it’s pretty rewarding. Management is highly goal‑oriented and genuinely supportive, giving engineers autonomy and trust to move things forward. The pace is energizing and the learning curve steep, in a good way.

Cons: As with many startups, timelines can be ambitious and work may intensify during major launches.

I've been working here for ~5 months now, and I really enjoy it. The products are world class, and there's massive deals in the pipeline. I feel like i am part of something really big. The start of a rocket ship Also, the tech we work on actually gets used by millions of people which is really interesting.

The expectations are high and sometimes the hours can be long when we have to deliver on a large project.
