they lie about compensation. They fire needed staff and then complain about others getting overtime to cover the positions they fired. no recognition for employees. they don't follow their own PayScale for their employees. Threaten employees with termination if they push about wages. Cut all departments budgets. expect employees to pay out of pocket and then expense report it for reimbursement. They have problems paying they venders and contractor. They are involved in several lawsuits. One from an employee, others for breach of contract for nonpayment. the insurance they offer employees is the worst in the industry.
