Pros

Opening new skills to a new environment. This company gave me a chance to open new skills for me that I my self did not know. They help me grow each & everyone of them let me feel that I can grow. All of my teammates are friendly & approcable even we haven't met in person, they always made me feel I belong to the team even on my first day. Even time are though even you know your team is busy, they will make a time to help you out & teach you the things you need to do. Working from home is a dream job for me Volga partners gave that benefits for me. I met different kinds of people, different culture & respect to one another.

Cons

A permanent WFH is a pros, but it would not hurt to see my teammates in person, get to know them personally & talk to them personally. It would not hurt if we could have a team building once in a while. We are a team I just wanted to know who I am working & communicating with daily even I am working from home.

Pros

I really appreciate the work environment a lot as there are people from all over the world, different cultures and different perspectives.

Cons

Even though our job is completely remote, I would like a yearly submit so we can get together more

Pros

First off, I work with folks from all kinds of backgrounds, speaking different languages, and it brings a unique expertise to the table. It’s not just “diversity” on paper; it actually shapes how we solve problems and makes every day interesting. Feedback is noted and often turned into a clearer process. That structure helps me understand what’s expected and where I can grow and also you eventually see improvements when it comes to processes. And speaking of growth. I’ve been given real responsibility, learned tons, and still feel like there’s room to keep stretching. My favorite part of the job? I enjoy setting up systems in the background and guiding people through them. Some days there are lots of handoffs, sure — but when I get to support someone who reminds me of my earlier self, it feels meaningful. Like I’m paying forward the help I once got. What makes it rewarding: Seeing someone grow, helping them find their way, knowing my experience can make their path a little easier and acting as a team where we grow or expand on our skills..

Cons

Process & Handoffs: The emphasis on process can sometimes lead to numerous handoffs, which may slow down execution or create complexity in collaboration. However, could be resolved as proper allocation is assigned. Growth is Self-Directed: While opportunities exist, there is an expectation that you will proactively navigate your own development and identify "room for improvement." A more structured growth or mentorship path could be beneficial.
