      People at Volition are kind, smart, patient and collaborative. Being part of a team where everybody's voice is heard and everyone works towards a shared, noble goal really motivates you to be and do your best. I sincerely recommend Volition as a workplace, and much more!

      Cons

      For UK workers, there is no health insurance.

      Pros

      There's a brilliant group of scientists advancing the horizons of nucleosome technology with a positive outlook. The group is highly collaborative and constantly in communication. Everyone is not only respectful but kind and understanding.

      Cons

      The company is international with folks in various time zones which might make scheduling difficult but I've managed to adjust pretty comfortably.
