Unstable - Designer Volition Employee Review

Poorly managed, this company is hindered by indecisive owners with unrealistic expectations and little understanding of the games industry. There isn't much of a place in the business for AA developers anymore, and if there isn't some serious reinvestment in the company, they are doomed to be swallowed up by their much larger competitors in the third-person sandbox space (i.e. Rockstar, Ubisoft, etc.)
