Thanks for the review! We're really focused on the flexible work hours, trying to help maintain good boundaries so that everyone here has a great work/life balance. As far as the location goes, definitely true that there are no other studios nearby, but luckily we're hiring remotely now, so people can work from home wherever they are, without having to relocate. (Outside of Illinois, Texas, Michigan, and Massachusetts are currently where we have the highest concentration of employees). Thanks again and take care!
