Pros
Saving lives, interesting subject matter, proper research, work with very smart people, supportive witching a team, leadership starting to understand the value of paying off technical debt and starting to support investment in it. NZ based staff now can work from home up to 3 days a week by default.
Cons
Company leadership still going through growth pains from small to larger company. CEO still coming to terms that he can’t be across everything. Top layer leadership can lose context on why things aren’t done instantly. Remuneration is focused only on matching market.
