At the moment they have a great client list..... how long that will last who knows!
Cons
Have no solid direction, no ability to support people that can do their job properly, and if you don't fit a certain mould of person you very quickly feel it and get pushed out. You then get blamed for every incompetence after you have left because they can not admit that they don't know what they are doing and finger pointing is just the norm versus admittance. The environment is depressing to the point that no one wants to work in the main office - everyone squirrels themselves away in offices. Look at how many people have left over the last year - no one is replaced and finding people above the age of 25 to join them is a struggle. That should tell you everything. Plus you are only seen to actually be 'busy' if you are there before 9 and leave after 5.30 regardless of the revenue you bring.
