      Better money than you can expect from other companies, for what they ask you to bring to the table to start. Heavy focus on promotion from within. it is totally possible to grow to a six figure career here.

      Cons

      With the high pay comes high expectations. you will work hard, long hours, in tough conditions, and the pressure of project success will be on your shoulders often.
