Pros
It is a nice company as far as work life balance which is great for employee. Good career opportunity where employee get chance to explore his knowledge in aspirant domain. Well, there is different departements across Vortex , in Engineering, we use to get flexibility on office hrs which is good for work/life balance in some time. Overall I would say it is one of the very good companies to work in.

Payscale offered in Vortex is not almost on par with industry. However, it is subject to mindset of people
