      Pros

      Family Atmosphere - Everyone really looks out for one another. Owners are very involved in the day-to-day operations. They let you do your work and don't micro-manage.

      Cons

      No clear cut organizational structure. (It's a work in progress, but seems a bit cloudy at the moment)

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, great PTO, clean facilities, lots of perks, ESOP program.

      Cons

      While training is made available, there is little opportunity for career advancement mainly due to lack of turnover.
