      Tons! Building for future expansion. Won military contract. Manufacturing own scopes. Etc.

      Cons

      Stay family owned Nothing else really they are an amazing company to cork for and would be very sad to leave.

      Friendly atmosphere, great PTO, clean facilities, lots of perks, ESOP program.

      Cons

      While training is made available, there is little opportunity for career advancement mainly due to lack of turnover.
