      Horrible Management - Marketing Vouched Employee Review

      Pros

      The benefits were fine for a startup.

      Cons

      The management was tolerable when I joined. Every new Manager/Director hired since was worse than the previous one. Non-Engineering and engineering staff are treated poorly and the "management" seems to complain about everything. Feedback and concerns fall on deaf ears. Customers are regularly lied to by the management despite objections from employees. They have an extremely poor hiring policy. Previous reviews have mentioned what's going on. Multiple employees have left in the last few months. A company with more managers and directors than actual staff is always a bad option. *DO NOT* join. There are much better options out there.

      You'll learn some things and gain experience.

      Cons

      I feel bad for working here at Vouched because I'm severely disappointed upon joining this company. This place is headed by ineffective and unsupportive leaders who don't provide any guidance at all. Employees are basically forced to do things without any support from the leadership whatsoever. It's really disappointing.
