The work culture is terrible. There is no work life balance. Unrealistic KPIs and managers who don’t know what they are doing. If you want to ruin your car get this job. This is not business development it’s a sales Rep job , There’s no business development happening here. You’re told you’ll be selling different solutions in the interview but when you start working the only thing you sell is fibre. This is by far the worst job I’ve ever had with the worst managers.
