Expanding company means job security. Lots of positive system developed Wide variety of product offerings Hybrid working environment
Cons
Extremely limited career path into management roles. The only people that seem to have growth is Sales People moving into sales manger roles. Low salaries for existing employees moving into different roles. Mostly move for the same salary, this means salary growth is low if attempting to grow your career within Vox. High workload, sometimes work 12 - 14 hour work days.
