Pros
There's nothing positive about this company except for your coworkers. The only pros to this company are your coworkers but even than everyone leaves when they realize they can't pay their bills.
Cons
The toxic atmosphere that has been carefully curated. Everyone from supervisors to managers to head office are only in it for themselves. The amount of talk behind each other's backs and the back stabbing. The pay is absolutely embarrassing. Where else can you go work full-time and yet still require visiting the food bank for simple groceries? This company reports nearly $100M in revenue yet they are completely ignorant to the needs of its employees. Inflation has hit everything and I'm at risk of losing my apartment because I had to chose many times food over paying rent late. This company should be ashamed at how they pay their employees. The ambulances are totally unsafe and are an embarrassment. The broker trucks aren't much better (no heat in the back of most!!!!!!)
