Supportive management but outsourcing created uncertainty - Title Specialist Vroom Employee Review

Excellent management. Allowed me to work from home when I was having high anxiety about driving. They were accommodating in regard to almost any request as long as it was requested on ample time. Pay was good and reviews and raises every 6 months was a game changer. We had very low turnover and remained productive untill the end.
