Working at vsource is great because of the autonomy and agility of the company. It still feels very much like a start-up where everyone has ownership of what they do and the ability to change directions as necessary without too much of a process required to get things done.

In the US, everyone is remote/work-from-home so far (which I love), but can be a challenge if you need a lot of development or crave constant personal interaction with your colleagues.

The leaders of the company have an amazing vision for how to grow vsource and make sure that customers get a red carpet experience. Management is open to trying different processes to gain the best results. A multicultural and diverse team. Open to feedback and take in customer recommendations to improve the delivered results.

With quick growth are some growing pains. To combat this, the management are very willing to identify bottlenecks and create processes to improve.
