The BEST smoking policy in the industry! Cigarette breaks every 30 minutes and they encourage it. Max out on PTO in 4 years (5 weeks). Company paid health insurance. Did I mention the smoking policy? If you’re a cigarette smoker then this is the place for you. You can BS your way in even with no experience, the managers won’t know the difference.
Cons
You can do the work of 5 people and will still get a 2% raise every OTHER year. Cameras everywhere, even in the cafeteria where you eat. HR is non-existent and clueless, somehow they still make decisions regarding jobs they know nothing about. They also put in for mileage pay to drive to work, amazing. When you think someone is probably going to be fired for not doing their job, they get promoted.
