Pros
Some nice and reliable people. Revenue sharing model. Fun cultural events.
Cons
Many changes in the firm. Claims to do consulting in an ethical/better way but fails to protect people from many of the common downfalls of consulting. Divide between new and old employees. Can feel very “cliquey” and like high school at times. Lots of PM/staff-aug work.
