Only great thing about this job is that the HR head is a great guy and is the only one competent within the upper management. Plus, Frank is down to earth and easy to speak with.

Instead of focusing on serving clients, the upper management, mainly the top three decision-makers, focuses on micro-management, powertripping, corporate manipulation, and creating non-existential issues to badger and coerce people into resigning. Plus, the workplace became so toxic that even when you have complaints, they won't listen. Instead of investigating, they only listen to one part of the story without knowing where it began, what started the whole charade, and how it should be handled.
