- it is only good if the employee always say yes to Dubai Management - none -none -none -none

- very poor management people from Dubai head office - no direction from senior management - you are kind of left alone with out any management direction - ask you to do different jobs which are out of remit - are ignored from senior management for long periods of time - no U.K. culture or respect for people within the company - no compliance or AML knowledge from senior management - lack of understanding from Dubai management on U.K. process of the FCA regulations - no respect for people from the CEO ( Ammar) - very rude CFO ( Zain) who manages U.K. operations - NO HR process in place, no training provided - no appraisal, no bonus, no 121, no respect for employees - no culture to promote well-being of employees - ignore people they don’t like
