Treatment could be better - CAD Technician WADIC Employee Review

I'm not asking for the managers to babysit us and give us everything we ask for, but the least they could do is provide sufficient support and guidance. The managers should be more approachable and responsive to the issues raised by the employees. The upper management also has some very ill-mannered people who, unfortunately, have some say in the big decisions by the company.
