      You can listen to music in the shop

      Cons

      You're either a part of the inner circle or not. The point system takes out a lot of people. Especially if you need any flexibilty. The turnover rate is high. The place is unorganized, dirty, and outdated.

      - Growing pains: When you take a business to the next level, it takes time to find/develop leaders, improve/refine procedures, and create an image/brand to match that higher level. - Attracting talent: O'Fallon, MO location can be a limiting factor for metro-east/Illinois candidates.
